We collect your email address when you sign up. We collect the competitor URLs you provide. We collect usage data to improve the service, including report delivery status and competitor change logs.

2. How we use your information

We use your email to deliver weekly competitor intelligence reports and important account notifications. We use competitor URLs solely to monitor publicly available web pages on your behalf. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are not collected — we use passwordless magic link authentication.

4. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@rivalwatch.shop.
