1. Service description
RivalWatch provides AI-powered competitor intelligence by monitoring publicly accessible web pages. We deliver weekly email reports summarizing changes detected on your competitors' websites.
2. Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs for publicly accessible web pages. You agree not to use RivalWatch to monitor pages you are not permitted to access, to harvest personal data, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove competitors from your watchlist that violate these terms.
3. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly. Your 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method and auto-converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
RivalWatch uses AI to analyze competitor pages. Reports are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of intelligence reports. Do not make critical business decisions based solely on RivalWatch data.
5. Limitation of liability
RivalWatch is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
